In your mild manners the question would be "prepared to apologize"? ...a very kind question to them, I believe. I honestly would like to get another answer too: Are they prepared to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth about their participation in these crimes? Are they ready to tell the truth and take responsibility for their acts? Are they going to make accountable, on an individual basis, those who deliberately betrayed Canada and Canadians by getting into the "dark side" and covering up crimes? The RCMP/CSIS , at this point, stands side by side with secret services and police forces in any criminal dictatorship that kept criminal insiders protected for "national security" reasons . None of them have any moral standing to point fingers at criminals. Hopefully some accountability will come out of these hearings. If not, God Help Canada!
